About Ellen Decker

Ellen has over 25 years of extensive management and consulting experience spanning the financial services, healthcare, and information technology industries with background in large corporate environments, small businesses, and start-ups. Throughout her career, she has consistently been recognized as a highly effective executive coach with deep analytical and interpersonal skills.

She spent the first 17 years of her career at Chase Bank where, as First Vice President, she developed a solid reputation as an innovative leader in product development, product management, process improvement, operations, human capital development, sales leadership, private banking, and strategic planning.

In her current role as business owner and talent management consultant, Ellen assists companies with attracting, developing, and retaining employees. Her focus is working with individuals and teams to improve performance through individual and team assessments, coaching, professional development activities and training. Ellen is a Certified Facilitator Everything DiSC® Workplace and Accredited Facilitator – The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. She is passionate about the human element of business, creating sustainable results through the development of individuals and teams, and building better workplaces.

Ellen was Valedictorian of her high school class, graduated with Honors from Indiana University Bloomington, Kelley School of Business, holds both a B.S. degree in Finance as well as an MBA, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. She treasures time with her family, and enjoys working out, biking, snow skiing, and cooking. Ellen’s educational and professional accomplishments aside, she considers the raising of two sons as her most rewarding and meaningful life achievement.
