About Me
Hello, my name is Ellen Decker. I am a Talent Management Consultant, bringing extensive experience to the table with close to two decades in the financial services industry, a decade in the healthcare industry, and most recently, over a decade in the software development industry. I am dedicated to enhancing organizational, team, and especially individual performance. Assessments and coaching are a core focus of my consulting work. I hold an Undergraduate Degree in Finance and an MBA, both from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

I serve in a coaching capacity as someone who can provide a safe and confidential space within the organization where employees can freely share their concerns, stressors, and workplace challenges without fear of retribution. I practice active listening and engagement to identify problematic issues, assist in navigating difficult situations, improve communication and other interpersonal skills, and help develop coping strategies for dealing with troubling situations. I include action and accountability as primary components to foster a healthier, more productive, and more fulfilling work environment.
